After moving out of state 9 years ago, we finally made it back. I have found some decent sandwich places down here, but have yet to find a proper potato salad. We stopped at Schreiber's on our way to the airport. 2 perfect sandwiches and a pound of potato salad. All as perfect as I remember.
A true staple in the community. Quality, tradition, and heart. The food is consistently delicious, but the potato salad is in a league of its own — creamy, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care.
