On the same corner of Kinderkamack Road since the 1950s.
Three generations of recipes, a counter full of regulars, and the kind of welcome that doesn't get made anymore. That's Schreiber's.

Then
Schreiber's opened in Oradell in the 1950s, when neighborhood delis were the heart of every Main Street. The original storefront was a fixture of downtown — chrome cars at the curb, kids riding bikes for sandwiches at lunch, and a counter that everyone knew by name.
The recipes that built our reputation — the potato salad, the heros, the homemade specials — were written down then and have been passed down ever since.

Now
Same corner. Same recipes. Same welcome. We still slice our meats by hand, still mix every salad and special in-store, and still know most of our customers by their order.
Whether you're stopping in for a Taylor ham & cheese on the way to work, picking up a hero for the kids, or planning a catering spread for the whole office — you're part of the same story.
"A true staple in the community. Quality, tradition, and heart. The food is consistently delicious, but the potato salad is in a league of its own."
